Monday February 13th, 7.30pm.   The Kurrajong Brigade will conduct an information session on Membership at the Fire Station - Corner of Old Bells Line of Road and Woodburn St Kurrajong.

Come along for a relaxed evening to find out what being a member of the NSW RFS with a Rural Fire Brigade means.

 Basic Fire Fighter Training is underway for all who might be interested.

There are 14 modules that will be covered over the next few months.  You can join at any time and pick up the earlier modules on the next time around.

The FireWise Program is a program designed to help educate members of the community of what to do to prepare themselves and property for a fire and what to do when you are threatened with a fire.

It also is designed to help members of the community to be informed of various Fire Danger Periods and what should and shouldn't be done within those periods.

The NSW RFS has many fact sheets, checklists etc available. They can be found  on the NSW RFS website.
